Massage therapy can help your body naturally heal itself by increasing blood flow and boosting your immune system. Improved circulation can help decrease aches and pains that stem from under-stimulated nerves.
Massage therapy can be used as both preventive and restorative therapy. When used in conjunction with chiropractic care, it will assist you in reaching your health goals more efficiently and help you get back to your active lifestyle even faster!
Types of massage offered:
- Light pressure
- Therapeutic massage
- Medium to firm pressure, focused on problem areas
- Deep tissue
- Firm to extremely firm pressure
- Massage tailored to the needs of pregnant women
