After practicing chiropractic medicine for 5 years, Dr. Fair founded his own practice, Fair Chiropractic.

Dr. Fair’s vision for his practice has always been to provide his community with affordable, quality chiropractic care. With his years of experience and extensive knowledge of chiropractic medicine, Dr. Fair has been able to grow his practice and thus see his vision become a reality.

Dr. Fair has a special focus in the three stresses; Physical, Chemical and External. He believes that these are contributing factors to many of his patients discomfort and pain. Dr. Fair customizes his treatment plans with these factors in mind.

Physical stress

Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, leading to muscular imbalances, pressure on the nerves, difficulty with normal ranges in motion, which can lead to pain and discomfort or abnormal function of the different systems of the body. Dr. Fair will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient’s individual needs.

Chemical stress

Chemical stress is something that are constantly exposed to. The air we breathe, the food we eat, and the water we drink are all filled with them. Over exposure to these chemicals can lead to liver problems, weight gain and sensitivities. By detoxifying the body we can help lessen the chemical stress on our body’s. Dr. Fair has many years of experience working with balancing body pH and detoxification and will be happy to see if detoxification would be helpful for you.

External stress

Our bodies are made to handle stress. We have many systems to help manage it. But when the stress of life becomes too much we can fall into a state of “adrenal fatigue” or worse yet “adrenal exhaustion”. If these times our bodies switch gears and begin to change the amount of different hormones produced. It is not uncommon for people to experience trouble sleeping and unwanted weight gain when in this situation. If left unattended adrenal fatigue can lead to detrimental health problems.
